Rough Estimate & Layout

Let’s get the basic details! You’ll share your preliminary layout and measurements of your space for a quick estimate. We base this on the approximate square footage and general material you are considering for the surfaces. This initial process is based on general ideas rather than specific selections to help you establish budget and set expectations.

Design Selections

Visit one of our designer showrooms and slab yards to see what’s available. We’ll help you design the room of your dreams. You can walk through the slab yard to see inventory on hand, view all of the samples of our engineered stone and get ideas from our gallery of completed projects. Our team will help you to choose your color and materials, your edge profile, sinks, etc. – any details we need to prepare the proposal and final estimate.

Digital Template & Design

We’ll send our template specialist to your location to get all the detailed measurements, create a digital template, and confirm final custom selections and specifications. Once the digital template is created, our slabsmith technology will give you the opportunity to review and approve the overall layout before we begin fabrication. By applying high resolution photos to the template, we can choose where the seams (if any) should be placed to achieve the best possible look and flow.

Precision Fabrication

We fabricate your stone to precision using our state-of-the-art technology. The Fusion water-jet machine uses the digital template to cut the slab exactly as it was laid out in the high-resolution image. After the pieces are rough cut, we transfer them to our Titan CNC polishing machine to shine the edges with the edge profile of your choosing. Our highly qualified hand fabricator will then inspect and finish the slab to perfection.

Expert Installation

Within 5 days of the laser templating, the countertops will be transported and installed in your home by a team of our installation experts to complete the job. We use a special stone epoxy to hide the seams and attach the sinks to counters. We drill faucet holes, shine the countertops and surfaces, and seal them for protection and longevity. We will also give you suggestions on how to care and maintain the beauty of your new stone surfaces.
